General Returns Information 

  • To report any discrepancies or damages with the received item, please ensure to click and share an image within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will help us address the issue promptly and accurately. 
  • To ensure a prompt resolution for any order-related concerns, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. You can locate our contact information, including our email address and phone number, on the invoice enclosed with your order. When composing your message to initiate a return, we kindly request that you provide a detailed description of the issue with the products and include an accompanying image if applicable. This will significantly assist us in addressing the matter effectively. 
  • To qualify for a refund, it is necessary to return the product in its original condition as received. Once our team has confirmed your claim, you can proceed with the return of the product. 
  • The customer is responsible for covering shipping and handling costs when returning products unless the product received is damaged or defective. The customer may incur charges for the original shipping if returning a product, including those initially shipped free. 
  • We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made, personalized, or perishable items. Additionally, we cannot facilitate returns for consumable items once the original packaging has been opened or the factory seal is broken.

Please be aware that any return/exchange request made more than 7 days after receiving the item will not be eligible for a return/exchange. 
 
The item must be securely received in its original state to qualify for a refund. 
 
For Cancellations 
 
Please notify us of any cancellations within one hour of placing your order and the reason for cancellation. Regarding prepaid orders, please note that the refund will be processed and credited to your account within 4-7 working days.
